Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Two (2) to three (3) years of specialized technical training, apprenticeship, or relevant certifications are strongly preferred
• Minimum of 1-3 years of related customer service or dispatch environment experience
• Highly proficient in automated batching software (e.g., Command Alkon)
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed which will include Saturdays and overnights

Responsibilities

• Monitors plant vitals to detect mechanical failures early
• Accountable for generating precise electronic batch tickets for every single load
• Ensures all automated system errors, manual water overrides, and mix design changes are electronically logged
• Inputs and monitors aggregate moisture percentages, adjusting trim water in real-time
• Effectively communicates with the drivers to efficiently complete customer orders
