Qualifications

• Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Required Work Experience: 2 years general related to duties and responsibilities
• Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to use hand and power tools
• Knowledge of company processes and procedures
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Adapts charging speeds to match the demand of a wet-mix central plant
• Operates heavy equipment with extreme spatial awareness of ground crew and trucks
• Responsible for daily pre-shift inspections and basic maintenance of the loader
• Critical to raw material integrity and prevents material cross-contamination
• Minimizes loader fuel consumption through efficient cycle movements
